Hi All,
We wont bore you with long stories so it went like this.
West Timor, nothing special, a surfing island called Roti was COOL enough..
Dili capital of East Timor was ugh, so we travelled around until we got our visa.
Expensive place with NGO'S,UN etc running around, we stayed in army barracks at 25 us a night, we were glad to go back West Timor!
Got outta there as well, took a boat to Flores, more like it, Climbed a Volcano with 3 crater lakes all different colours, the travelled 350 km in a jeep thru the middle of the island, amazing scenery, passed another 20 odd volcanoes on the way.
Landed on the western end of the island and took a boat to paradise. Very special island called seraya, no electric, running water, cars, bikes etc. just a few fishermen and a dozen beach bungaloes, loved it.
Flew back to Bali to catch up on bussiness, leaving for Java soon.

Ik kan ook niet wachten tot jullie terug zijn ,lekker bijkletsen en jalangjalang in amsterdam in plaats van jakarta of solo eerst ga ik nog effe 10dagen na spanje 22okt lekker uitrusten het waren tropen dagen op het ijsselmeer dinsdag krijg ik nog beatrix op de boot dit is meer stress dan 1week sail nou geniet er van en ik hoor welsnel de rest van jullie trip .

Hier is verder niets gebeurd behalve het ophanden zijn van de verkoop van 't A'damse huis.

Hi Tony and Vera,
We are glad you weren't on Bali when the attack took place. It is so horrible it happened again. Ingrid visited Java a couple of years ago and also went to the Borobodur and P. temples. Fanatastic!
In a week Ingrid will fly over Indonesia to Australia to attend the wedding of her cousin in Melbourne. She will wave hello to you. Take care and enjoy. Love Shayne and Ingrid -

Dear Tony and Vera,
I hope you are both still enjoying yourselves. You've certainly been around a bit!!
Every time I see a disaster on the news in the Far East I think about you and hope you are OK.
I've just had a long weekend in Milan. Not as exciting as where you are but still very nice. Much cheaper than I expected too. I stayed with a couple of gay guys (one English and one Milanese). They were great fun and really spoilt me. I'm planning to go back in the spring.
I have no idea where you are now but hope you are both safe and well.
